This was created to celebrate the year when Louis-Alexandre Marnier Lapostolle began blending Cognac with oranges. In 1880, oranges were a rarefied pleasure only available to the elite, making Grand Marnier a true luxury item. The Grand Marnier Cuvée 1880 is a blend of premium XO Cognac sourced from Grande Champagne. It has less sweetness than the Cuvée du Centenaire but has the characteristic tropical orange aromas and flavours. |
