Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |

JANSZ |
Medium straw colour. Classy, slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, ripe lemon nose with some gentle citrusy notes. Very dry, medium bodied, harmonious, well structured, very slightly spicy, ripe lemon flavours with excellent mousse. Has 12% alcohol with lot number L0249 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Much better than when it last appeared in Vintages (**) on March 5, 2011 at $24.95 and was an Explorer Selection. |

TASTING NOTE: Medium straw hue. An inviting harmony between the crunch of citrus zest, the succulence of stone fruits and the gentle complexity of toasty, nutty maturity makes for a finely crafted NV blend ready for immediate celebration. Well-defined acid line and a touch of phenolic grip provide definition to the finish. Score - 90 (James Halliday, winecompanion.com.au, July 27, 2015) |
