TASTING NOTE: A soft and easy sparkling wine with a fine mousse. It suggests aromas and flavours of white flowers, lemon and bread. Quite an enjoyable wine that will work as an aperitif but has the vibrancy to serve as a palate cleanser during the meal. (VINTAGES panel, Feb. 2015) Price $ 19.95
