Bright, Ripe-Apple-Lemon-Melon
LCBO Note Status
TASTING NOTE: Bright and fresh with a good mousse. Apple tones shine clearest here and add a nice counter-point to the light bready note. The fruit is ripe and adds a pleasant sweetness to the palate. A good choice for a variety of seafood and fish dishes, try with grilled salmon or lobster for something really special.
