RESERVA DE LA MUSICA BRUT NATURE 2010 DO Cava
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer JANÉ VENTURA
Very light straw colour. Intense, very slightly spicy, ripe lemon-melon nose with some gentle toasty notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, quite well structured, bright ripe lemon flavours with a lingering, gently toasty finish. Has excellent effervescence with 12% alcohol and only 9 g/L residual sugar. Outstanding value - don’t miss buying a few bottles of this Cava. CSPC 420364

TASTING NOTE: The 2010 Reserva de la Music Brut Nature is a classical blend of Xarello, Macabeo and Parellada aged in bottle in contact with the lees for 24-30 months. The nose is clean with a mixture of fruit and flower aromas and yeast, bread dough and faint smoke notes. The palate is fresh, lively and clean, with very dry, palate-cleansing acidity. A textbook, classical young Cava that is ideal with light food or sushi and offered at a great price. Drink now- 2016. Score - 89 (Luis Gutierrez, erobertparker.com, Feb. 2014) Price $ 17.95
