| For whatever reason this item does not appear in the Vintages Catalogue. It is on the website scheduled for release and I was informed that it is being shipped. Bright pale straw colour. Fairly intense, slightly spicy, slightly honeyed, baked lemon-apple nose. Very dry, medium to medium-light bodied, tangy, gently complex, baked apple-lemon flavours with a lingering, gently toasty, high acid finish. Has lots of effervescence. A good food styled sparkler - try with roast chicken. |
