Medium straw colour. Bright, intense, sweet, attractive, honeyed, ripe apple puree nose with some caramel and Seville orange marmalade notes. Intense, sweet, medium bodied, fairly viscous, Seville orange marmalade flavours with some caramel notes on the lingering finish. Has 10.8% alcohol and 235 g/L residual sugar. Crafted from one of Ontario's prime grapes, Riesling, this will suggest aromas and flavours of ripe peach, cantaloupe, spice, fresh lemon curd and honey that will sweet you off your feet (and yes, we meant “sweet”).
