Bright medium light yellow colour. Fairly intense, complex, slightly toasty, dried ripe lemon-apple nose. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, harmonious, spicy, fairly toasty, ripe lemon flavours with a long, fairly complex, gently toasty, effervescent finish. Quite mature and ready-to-drink. An excellent \"food\" Champagne. Similar to when it last appeared in Vintages (***) on June 13, 2015 at $73.95 and was Recommended. CSPC 384529
