SPECIAL CUVÉE BRUT CHAMPAGNE AC
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer BOLLINGER
Not presented at the media and/or consultant's tasting. Here is my tasting note for the 750 ml bottle: Bright medium light yellow colour. Fairly intense, complex, slightly toasty, dried ripe lemon-apple nose. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, harmonious, spicy, fairly toasty, ripe lemon flavours with a long, fairly complex, gently toasty, effervescent finish. Quite mature and ready-to-drink. An excellent \"food\" Champagne. Last appeared in Vintages (**+) on November 8, 2014 at $43.95. CSPC 234104

TASTING NOTE: Like a fine tapestry, this weaves rich flavors of blackberry tart, lemon parfait, graphite and toasted almond together on the creamy palate. Finely honed acidity creates a vibrant thread throughout. Drink now through 2022. Score - 93 (Alison Napjus, winespectator.com, Nov. 15, 2014) Price $ 45.95
