| Clear and colourless. Very attractive, slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, ripe pear puree nose. Fairly dry, medium bodied, harmonious, spicy, honeyed, ripe pear puree flavours with a lingering, fairly crisp, lifted, lovely ripe apple finish. If you like apple and/or pear eau-de-vie, you should love this well-priced elixir. |

| TASTING NOTE: As one would expect, this is brimming with lovely aromas of applesauce and poached pear; as one would not necessarily expect, it's also got a subtle saline, sea spray quality. It's quite dry on the palate - more dry, perhaps, than the aromas might suggest - with flavours of freshly sliced pear and apple, along with applesauce.
