Bright fairly intense light salmon colour. Bright, faintly spicy, plum-apple nose with some very faint wild strawberry notes. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, elegant, very slightly spicy, ripe plum-apple-lemon flavours with a tangy, lingering, crisp, effervescent, very faintly toasty finish. TASTING NOTE: The appearance here is pitch perfect - bright, just fading pink rose. And the balance is impeccable as well. Its mid-weight, quite fresh and firm. Such a thing of subtlety, but you might be right yo expect more flavour and depth for the money. It's very even-handed with a dusty baked red fruit finish. Excellent length.
