TASTING NOTE: You can't go wrong with Cattin, this finely wrought Crémant a testament to centuries of winemaking expertise. It's dry, the mousse fine and creamy, floral and mineral notes complement citrus and crisp, tasty green apple on the palate. It's a lively, delicate wine with mousse persisting through the long-lasting finish. It's wonderful; sip away!
