Extremely pale straw colour. Very pleasant, very slightly spicy, gently honeyed, ripe melon-apple nose. Very dry, light bodied, very slightly spicy, ripe melon-apple flavours with a crisp unoaked, effervescent finish. Ready-to-drink. Has 11.4% alcohol and 14 g/L residual sugar with lot number L20/07/15 on the capsule (meaning that it’s freshly bottled last July 20th, which is what you want when buying Prosecco). CSPC 422683
