| Clear and colourless. Very intense, gently spicy, ripe, dried cherry, lychee-pear nose with some grassy notes. Dry, well balanced, bright, gently spicy, Muscaty, intense, sweet, ripe Anjou pear flavours with a long, slightly sweet finish. Has 40% alcohol with lot number L15E25 on the back label. It is quite similar to when it last appeared in Vintages (***) on November 8, 2014 at $58.95 and was Recommended. |

| TASTING NOTE: Jacopo Poli, one of the world's most famous grappa producers today made a special effort to work with muscat. He felt the aromatic grape aromas of this varietal make it distinguishable even to the neophyte. This beautifully perfumed distillate of the pomace of orange blossom muscat and white muscat is distilled in antique copper pot stills. It's clear, colourless and fragrant with a perfumed nose of flowers, fresh hay and summer meadows.
