| Medium amber colour. Attractive, intense, sweet, extremely spicy, slightly bitter, herbal nose. Very tasty, refreshingly sweet, medium bodied, well structured, spicy, intense, herbal flavours with a harmonious, lingering, bittersweet, minty-clove-tinged finish. Has 32% alcohol with lot number L15G08 on the back label. Very similar to when it last appeared in Vintages (***) on November 8, 2014 at $35.95 and was Recommended Best Buy. |

| TASTING NOTE: Bitters, liqueurs with attitude, are other great digestives all too scarce in Ontario. Poli Amaro is an Italian bitter just released in Vintages which I found fantastic.
