When not driving his 1933 Model A, Italian-born winegrower Angel Paulucci tends the 40-year-old vines that bore the fruit for this wine. Look for aromas and flavours of red cherry, raspberry, plum and violets, and pair it with chicken, pasta, mild cheeses or hamburgers. |
