Bright light straw colour. Slightly spicy, ripe apple nose with some mineral notes. Very dry, medium to medium-light bodied, very slightly spicy, apple-lemon flavours with a very crisp, unoaked, effervescent finish with some faint bitter red apple notes. Has 12% alcohol and 12 g/L residual sugar with lot number 116/104 on the lower part of the glass bottle. CSPC 421032
