TASTING NOTE: You'd expect the region's largest sparkling winemaker to have some good wines in its portfolio. The Perle d'Ivoire spends three years on the lees before disgorgment ... Its earthy nose with hints of pepper add gravitas to a palate of bright lemon fruit. (W. Blake Gray, The Gray Report, March 21, 2012) Price $ 19.95
