| Very bright medium straw colour. Very slightly honeyed, hazelnut-tinged nose with some attractive, ripe apricot-lemon-apple puree notes. Quite dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, slightly citrusy, ripe melon-apricot flavours with a lingering, fairly complex, effervescent finish. Has 12.5% alcohol and only 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number L15159 on the back label. Better than when it last appeared in Vintages (**+) on February 14, 2009 at $49.95 and was an Explorer Selection. |

| Ca' del Bosco is among the top tier of the elite sparkling wine producers in the Franciacorta region. The region has been called Italy's Champagne and is certainly considered the home of the most significant sparkling wines produced in the country. TASTING NOTE: The NV Franciacorta Cuvée Prestige Brut offers a sophisticated and stylish presentation with exotic fruit, baked bread, peach cobbler and Golden Delicious apple. This pretty Cuvée (made with 75% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Bianco and 15% Pinot Nero) offers a great sense of richness and creaminess that adds to the fine and silky nature of the perlage.
