Moscato d'Asti has been enjoying a bit of a rejuvenation in popularity, as people have fallen in love with its graceful, lithe and sweet-edged white blossom and peach flavours. These wines are typically vibrant and fresh, so this will be an ideal accompaniment to appetizers such as smoked salmon, but would also be a great choice for just after the meal to help your guests get ready for dessert.
