The only early landed cognac in our market; this is must for collectors and for lovers of cognac. To honour Thomas Hine, the cellar master Eric Forget, created Homage, a blend of three Early Landed Grande Champagne vintage cognacs (from 1984, 1986 and 1987) matured in oak casks in the UK and some extra old cognacs \"ten years old and more\" from the Hine cellars in Jarnac. Since the 19th century, Hine has always shipped a small portion of their vintage cognacs to mature in Bristol, England where slowly aging in damp, cool temperatures they acquire characteristic notes of orange peel, citrus and florals. This has a lively, spirited, floral bouquet with bright notes of fruit. There’s delicacy and elegance on the palate with a touch of citrus and orange along with old wood and a hint of mushrooms. Oriental spiced and exotic, Homage haunts and lingers sensually. Price $ 158.50
