TASTING NOTE: Sourced from vineyards at an altitude of 1,100 metres, this Cab shows complex aromas of ripe blackberry, cherry, cassis and vanilla. The texture is beautifully smooth and approachable, there's good brightness and juiciness throughout, and the palate expands to reveal layers of delicious fruit.
