| Much like Champagne, some producers of Prosecco create non-vintage versions and vintage-dated versions, the latter intended to express the characteristics of a particular growing season. Canella's 2014 sparkler shows a fresh, fruity bouquet tinged by joyous floral notes, followed by a crisp, focused palate. It will make a lovely party sipper or aperitif, or pair it with shellfish or salads. |
