VICTORIA GIN Vancouver Island
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer VICTORIA DISTILLERS
Clear and colourless with a very faint hint of straw. The swirl shows good viscosity with slow falling tears. Intense, attractive, spicy, coriander-tinged, gently honeyed, star anise and juniper aromatics with just a hint of Chartreuse. Dry, very bright, rather spicy, intense, lifted, slightly woodsy, juniper-tinged flavours with hints of rose petal and licorice. Excellent lingering persistence. Made in small batches on Vancouver Island and distilled from 10 botanicals which are all natural and wild gathered. Has 45% alcohol and Batch #141 on the front label. CSPC 118737
