Very deep purple red colour. Intense, spicy, somewhat cedary, stewed plum-cherry nose with some leathery sandalwood notes. Dry, quite well structured, medium bodied, slightly spicy, baked plum, red cherry flavours with a somewhat cedary, sandalwood finish. Has 13.5% alcohol and 6 g/L residual sugar. The 2010 (**) was released on August 3, 2013 at $24.95. |
