Medium golden amber colour. Fairly intense, gently spicy, complex, plum, figgy caramel-creme brulee-tinged nose with some baked apple and slightly sweet-vanilla custard notes. Very slightly sweet, medium bodied, spicy, rounded, caramel-tinged, bright, plummy flavours with a touch of lemon-apple puree on the lingering finish. Has 40% alcohol with lot number LYF40001.
