Dry, medium bodied, intense, very spicy, honeyed, vanilla-caramel-wafer flavours with a lingering, gently cedary, ginger-tinged finish that shows some biting high alcohol (58%) notes. |

The Family Casks were launched on Sept. 13, 2007, and the Lorne Scots were gazetted on Sept. 14, 1866. |
