Medium golden amber colour. Fairly intense, gently spicy, complex, plum, figgy sweet, caramel-creme brulee-tinged nose with some baked apple and slightly sweet-vanilla custard notes. Very slightly sweet, medium bodied, spicy, rounded, caramel-tinged, bright, plummy flavours with a touch of lemon-apple puree on the lingering carmael-driven finish. has 40% alcohol with lot number LXE71101 on the back label. Last appeared in Vintages (***) on May 28, 2016 at $79.95 and was Recommended. |
