Bright pale straw colour. Fairly intense, slightly spicy, ripe lemon-melon-apple nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied, attractive, quite well structured, very slightly spicy, ripe lemon-apple flavours with a lingering, faintly toasty, high acid, very effervescent, mineral-tinged finish. Has 12% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number L16/193 on the back label. Bright, fruity, creamy aromas of green apple pastry, peaches in cream, and lemon chiffon with a supple, tangy, finely carbonated, dry-yet-fruity medium body and an effortless, amusing, medium-long white nuts, lime-pineapple sorbet, and minerals finish with no oak.
