Pale light brick red colour. Sweet, honeyed, somewhat raisiny, ripe plum nose with some odd, herbal, baked apple, cumin-tinged notes. Sweet medium bodied, gently viscous, faintly herbal, spicy, cumin-tinged, plum preserve and strawberry jam flavours with a tangy, caramel finish. Has 13% alcohol and 123 g/L residual sugar.
