TASTING NOTE: This comes from the owners of Chateau Haut-Brion and is named for the American financier, Clarence Dillon (1882-1979) who purchased Haut-Brion in 1935. The Clarendelle Blanc is a blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Sémillon and 5% Muscadelle, and is notably floral with crisp apple and lime citrus tones. It is a refined and elegant wine with a rich mouthfeel. (VINTAGES panel, March 2016) |
