TASTING NOTE: Relatively rare, this dusky pink Niagara icewine is made from cabernet franc. Fragrant cherry and maple dominate a very concentrated palate, one that is slightly cloying in the mouth. A light lick of ash and spicing on the finish helps moderate the richness. Acidity potent enough to carry to a lingering finish. Gold Medal winner at the 2016 National Wine Awards of Canada. Score - 90 (Treve Ring, winealign.com, July 15, 2016) Price $ 54.95
