| Extremely deep intense purple colour. Very faintly herbal, slightly spicy, gently juicy, ripe plum-cherry nose with some cedar notes. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, quite well structured, bright, plum-cherry flavours with a very crisp, lingering, cedar-tinged finish. Has 14.5% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number CVL24216 on the back label. Better than the 2012 (*+/**) released on February 7, 2015 at $16.95. TONY ASPLER / 87.5-points - Cedary, cassis and dark chocolate bouquet; full-bodied, dry, blackcurrant and vanilla oak flavours; richly extracted, fruity with plum and blackcurrant flavours.
