TASTING NOTE: This fine blanc de blancs nicely shows generous apple/pear chardonnay fruit aromas with a touch bread crust and honey. It's light to medium bodied with nervy, lemony acidity and moderate alcohol. The effervescence is lively but not aggressive. The length is very good. A very good value Champagne substitute.
