Bright pale straw colour. Slightly honeyed, spicy, mineral-driven, ripe apple-melon-lemon nose. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, tangy, slightly spicy, ripe lemon-apple flavours with a very crisp, unoaked, effervescent, yellow grapefruit-tinged finish. Has 11.5% alcohol and 13 g/L residual sugar. A repeat of the recommended 2014 (**+) was released on December 10, 2016 at $20.20. CSPC 370361
