This 2006 is the second vintage of this single-vineyard Grand Champagne Cognac. Crafted from Ugni Blanc and distilled on the lees to ensure elevated notions of lychee, apricot and honeyed fruit and toast, this was aged for 10 years in second-fill French oak casks. Production was limited to 19 casks, with each label listing both a cask and a bottle number. |
