TASTING NOTE: From a metre away this smells like a meadow of sun-kissed hay strewn with dried fruits - peach, apricot, plum and raisins - and newly baked pastry. From the distilled pomace of Orange and White Muscat grapes, 40% alcohol yet silky smooth. Made by artisans who have lived in the Veneto for 600 years.
