A Best Buy
This rosé is made from 75% Cabernet Franc and 25% Merlot harvested at night to preserve the fresh fruitiness of the grapes. After fermentation in stainless steel, it spent 3-4 months on the lees gaining complexity and depth of flavour. When our buyers tasted the 2015 vintage, they were so impressed they decided to offer the subsequent vintage on our shelves. Expect notions of field berries and wildflowers and plenty of crisp acidity. Chill and sip, or pair with seafood and salads. Price $ 14.95
Bottle Size 750 mL
