Deep gold colour. Intense, very sweet, tinny, tropical fruit cocktail nose with maraschino cherry notes. Spicy, fairly well balanced, medium bodied, tangy, sweet red apple purée flavours with some caramel on the finish. CSPC 735092

American Airlines conducted a blind tasting of 2700 wines to select those that would be served on their aircraft. This Icewine was named Best Dessert Wine in that competition. Tasting note: Colour: coppery. Nose: high toned, perfumed, exotic honeyed bouquet. Taste: spicy, Turkish delight, peach, melon. Full on the palate, great length.
