Very bright light pink colour. Fresh, vibrant, wild strawberry nose with some mineral-tinged hints of violets. Dry, medium-light bodied, fairly spicy, somewhat tangy, fresh raspberry-strawberry flavours with a lingering, very crisp finish. Perfect for a Mother's Day brunch, especially with salmon. It has 13.5% alcohol and only 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L1011405-7030X on the capsule and a screwcap closure. CSPC 134916

This newly released 2016 rose from the Rhone egion is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault and is now known simply as Ventoux Rose (no longer "Cotes du Ventoux". The Ogier family began producing Rhone wines in 1859. Price $ 14.15
