Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |
Producer |
CADUS |
Extremely deep intense purple colour. Youthful, slightly spicy, fairly intense, still closed, ripe plum-cherry nose with some sandalwood-cedar notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, slightly spicy, ripe plum-cherry puree flavours with a lingering, gently cedary, fairly high acid, mocha-chocolate-tinged finish. Has 14.5% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number LMA76817020 on the back label. You can safely ignore the now outdated 93-point tasting note appearing in the Vintages Catalogue. |
