Pale salmon pink colour. Intense, strawberry jam nose with some juicy plummy notes. Somewhat sweet, medium bodied, spicy, honeyed, bright, strawberry flavours with a fairly crisp finish. This new blend of Pinot Noir (some undergoing the appassimento dried grape procedure) and unoaked Chardonnay has 12.7% alcohol and 8 g/L residual sugar with lot number 20170331 on the lower part of the glass bottle.
