TASTING NOTE: A blend of 70% Malbec, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Merlot, this delivers a ripe and concentrated experience. Forward dark fruit, spice and lifted florals with an herbal undertone make for a layered and complex wine. Smooth and round with a little structure and grip from the tannins, but not so much as to lock the wine down. Enjoy with lamb burgers or grilled ribs. (Vintages panel, Oct. 2016) |
