TASTING NOTE: This is a very ambitious, backward wine sourced from 60-year-old vines. Dense and complex, with plenty of tannic backbone and oak balanced by fresh acidity and layers of dark berry fruit, liquorice and Asian spices. It's a shame that this will be drunk too young. 2017-25. Special Report. Score - 94 (Tim Atkin, MW, timatkin.com, 2016) Price $ 25.95
Bottle Size 750 mL
