Recommended from the last tasting in November 3, 2001: Fairly dark golden amber colour. Rich, smoky, complex, spicy, créme caramel nose. Well balanced, fairly rich, creamy, rounded, fairly smoky, plum purée flavours with a slightly peppery finish. Retasted on November 4, 2003. CSPC 368209
