|When his daughter was a little girl, Francis Ford Coppola made her a promise that he would someday make a sparkling wine and name it after her. Clearly, he’s a man of his word. Today, this zesty, floral Blanc de Blancs – a blend of 70% Pinot Blanc, 15% Riesling and 15% Muscat – is a favourite for parties and weddings.
