Bright pale straw colour. Fairly classy, intense, slightly spicy, attractive, ripe wintermelon-apple-lemon nose with some mineral notes and a touch of grassiness. Dry, medium bodied, bright, ripe apple-lemon-melon flavours with a lingering, gently grassy, tangy, fresh, lively finish. Has 13% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with lot number L6188 on the back label. Screwcap closure. CSPC 535765

The palate is intensely flavoured and vibrant, offering tasty fruit notes together with bright acidity, leading to a lengthy juicy finish. A real crowd-pleaser. At its best: now to 2019.
