Melanie Brown, Christine Parkinson and Philip Tuck, MW, of Decanter awarded this wine a rating of 91 points, referencing \"attractive floral notes and vivid raspberry aromas ...\" (decanter.com, Aug. 31, 2016) TASTING NOTE: Flavoursome pinot noir with black cherry, plum, liquorice, and quite a strong nutty oak influence. There is also a suggestion of violet. A smooth-textured and accessible wine with good weight and length. Represents excellent value at this price. Drink: 2016 to 2021. Score - 92 (Bob Campbell, MW, bobcampbell.nz, July 19, 2016) |
