|TASTING NOTE: On the lean end of the Sketches line with more intent to knock your socks off. Sketches is incredibly consistent essential Niagara riesling and this '15 takes a bit of a risk-reward departure into that flinty, piercing netherland. As always it's the push-pull of juice-zest lemon into lime marking the dominant flavours. Tart hath no fury like a Sketches and its scorn. This is the one to age and watch the development, alongside and in contrast to singular expressions Quarry Road, Limestone and Carly's Block. Drink 2017-2020.
