When brothers Jack and Stephen Teeling opened the Teeling Whiskey Distillery in March of 2015, it became the first new distillery to open in Dublin for 125 years. Located in the heart of the Golden Triangle (the city’s historic distilling district), Teeling is just a stone’s throw from the small craft distillery their ancestor Walter Teeling began in 1782. The Stout Cask whiskey is a collaboration with Galway Bay Brewery, who aged their 200 Fathoms Imperial Stout in Teeling’s Small Batch Irish Whiskey casks, then returned the casks to Teeling to age this whiskey. |
